In with the new!

WOW—what a year it has been!

It all started with Jamie questioning why I was spending so much on collars, and suggesting that I should make them myself. So I did!

Response from friends and family has been phenomenal. We have had sales around the country, and have had visitors from all around the world. Our greatest asset is YOU.

To celebrate the NEW year, we have made a couple changes:

• A NEW Hosting Provider: this should make things MUCH faster
• A “What’s New!” button on the Site’s navigation bar.

What is new, you ask…

We have a completely new layout and color scheme, which we think better reflects what Collar Me Happy is all about. We tried to pick colors that go well together, and look good with the collars ;)

You will also find that the new layout is easier to navigate. Products and product categories are across the top, while store functions are down the left side.

What else, hmmm…

Oh, yes—functionality! You can now easily choose your tags and specify exactly what you want on them, right

We now proudly sell Red Dingo Dog Tags!

These tags are a high-quality stainless steel, with enamel highlights. They come in a variety of color and style combinations (any tag style in any of the below colors!)

What do I put on my tag? Help!

• up to four lines (three on the “small” tag)
• We recommend the Pet’s Name, a home and mobile number
• The longer the line, the smaller the letters end up

Well, as of 2/22/2009 at 9:30 am EST, the site is now live. Amy is still updating content, adding in products, and filling out the descriptions. Oh, and somewhere in there she is finding time to take care of the kids, dogs, coach a Girls on the Run team, and make collars.
